Ningbo Fenda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. formerly known as Ningbo Beilun Fenda Mould Co., Ltd, established in 2006, is a professional manufacturer specialized in aluminum alloy die casting mold design and manufacturing, aluminum die casting, zinc die casting, CNC precision machining as well as surface treatment.
Our factory is located in Beilun District, Ningbo and covers 15,000 square meters, and has more than 140 employees. We have our independent mould workshop and CNC machining workshop with 80 sets of high-speed/high-precision machining centers, 4 sets of EDM machines,
6 sets of WEDM machines, and more than 20 sets of high-precision stir friction welding、surface treatment and other precision special machines and ultrasonic cleaner .
In our die casting workshop there are 7 sets of cold chamber horizontal aluminum die casting machines ranging from 400T to 2000T. In addition, we have a long-term cooperative partner factories which have zinc die casting machines ranging from 88T to 200T.
In terms of product quality control, the factory is equipped with 1 set of Zeiss and 1 set of Eduard CMM, 1 set of industrial CT, 1 set of Oxford-Hitachi spectrometer , several sets of gas tightness testers ,various calipers etc. Fenda implements the strict procedures in daily production. All products are fully inspected or constructed in accordance with the standards.
Since May 2022, we have passed the IATF 16949:2016 quality system certification and right now we have established a modern enterprise management system.
Fenda provides superior quality aluminum die casting parts and components for a wide range of industries including Automotive, Led lighting, Telecommunication, Machinery, Furniture, Medical, Power tool, Gas appliance, Textile machinery, Petrochemical, Aerospace and others.
